Basic Rider Course

Basic Rider Course

The Basic Rider Course is geared toward the novice motorcyclist, but it will also provide an excellent skills update to the returning or experienced motorcyclist. It contains on-bike and classroom instruction, including 4 units of RiderCoach led classroom discussion and 17 on-the-bike training exercises. Participants must pass a written test and an on-bike skills evaluation. Actual hours of instruction will vary, up or down, depending upon class size, weather conditions, and the makeup of the class participants. Cost is $240 .

The Advanced Rider Course is for experienced motorcyclists who want to enhance their skills and get the most out of their ride. Using techniques developed by sport bike riders on and off the track, riders learn how to maximize their turning abilities, how to stop as well as their machines can manage, and how to swerve around that large object.

Bike Bonding Course

Bike Bonding Course

The MSF Basic Bike Bonding RiderCourse (BBBRC) is a program patterned after police training courses. It stresses motorcycle manipulation skills to maximize low-speed operation and control. Emphasis is placed on helping riders improve their control manipulation, or "putting the bike where you want it".

It is designed to provide a low risk, effective, and enjoyable training event for participants as the next logical step to the Basic RiderCourse (BRC) curriculum.
